Cancel My Subscription on App Store
  1. Open the iPhone Settings.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the Sensera subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
Cancel My Subscription on Google Play
  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.
Request a Refund
Monthly plans don't offer a trial period. Annual plans include a 7-day trial period. If you need a refund, please contact Apple or Google support directly, as they handle all refunds.
Subscription doesn’t work
If you have a subscription and your plan has not expired, you can go to your Profile in the Sensera app, click "Subscribe" and then click "Restore Purchase" under the plans.
