A month into the pandemic, our designer texted me. She said that she wanted to quit because work no longer brought her pleasure. She said that she was tired of the sudden isolation and couldn't create in the new paradigm.

Our designer wasn't the only one. My whole team looked like it was in dire need of anxiety management. I started looking for a solution, then saw a Sensera ad on Facebook, and decided to look into the matter. I decided to give it a go because I personally liked the app: it seemed pretty straightforward to me and, most importantly, I felt like I could trust it because the app is based on the scientific approach of CBT. (Not that I don't enjoy meditations, but I wanted proven methods to apply to my employees.)

We implemented Sensera in June. Certainly, it couldn't completely replace personal psychotherapy, yet the employees who listened to the sessions said that they felt calmer and "much more in one piece".

I look forward to more Sensera courses. I heard there's going to be a course on procrastination, and that should bring some valuable information for me and our team.
